1. Who We Are
Yalla Exam is a marketplace that helps IT students, graduates, and professionals find and purchase official training vouchers, practice materials, and certified-trainer support in preparation for globally recognized IT certifications.
2. Our Role as a Reseller
Yalla Exam sells training vouchers and related products. All certification names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
3. Accounts
To purchase a voucher or access your dashboard, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Yalla Exam does not store your full payment card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by our payment provider.
5. Training Vouchers
A Training Voucher entitles you to the training, preparation materials, and/or support described at the time of purchase, delivered with the involvement of Yalla Exam's certified trainers. Where a Training Voucher relates to a third-party certification exam, any exam registration, scheduling, exam fees, and exam-day rules are handled directly between you and the relevant certification body or its authorized testing provider, and are governed by that provider's own terms — not by Yalla Exam. Training Vouchers are typically delivered digitally to your Yalla Exam dashboard after payment is confirmed. Training Vouchers are intended for the named purchaser's personal use and may not be resold.
6. Practice Materials
Any practice question banks or preparatory materials provided are intended solely to help you prepare for your exam and do not guarantee a passing result. We do not provide or endorse the use of leaked, live, or "actual exam" question dumps, and any such material would violate the relevant certification body's exam integrity policies.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to resell vouchers issued to you, submitting false information, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yalla Exam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam results, changes made by certification providers, or third-party payment or testing provider issues.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
