Communication information: messages you send us through the contact or support forms, including any phone number or notes you provide. Technical information: basic usage data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and working correctly.

To create and manage your account and dashboard. To process orders and deliver training vouchers. To respond to support and contact requests. To send you order-related updates and, where you've agreed, occasional updates about new certifications or offers. To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: our database and authentication provider, which stores your account and order data securely on our behalf; our payment provider, to process payments (Yalla Exam does not receive or store your full card details); certification providers or their authorized distributors, where necessary to issue or validate a voucher in your name; and any party required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored using industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections and access controls. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, or accounting purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting exam@yallaexam.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use only the minimal technical cookies needed to keep you logged in and the Service working correctly.
